Trim with Connection Points/Regions on opposite sides of cell

I would like to have the ability to put connection regions and connection points on opposite ends of cells, specifically aprons. Currently, the apron won't trim with this setup.

Add Dimension Tool

There needs to be a Dimension Tool for adding/seeing dimensions that are not already present on the outside dimensions. Example - Standard Highway Sign Guide (2012) - D2-2 - Spacing for L currently cannot be shown in the program.
