Allow modeling of Pier Segments with different cross section
For Segmental Bridge Modeling, Pier caps segments typically have diaphragms built in and are a different cross section than the other typical segments. OBM should allow this to be modeled.
Option to define only a single beam in the Beam Layout
Currently OBM requires atleast two beams in the beam layout. Users working on bridge expansion projects, or with rail bridges have requested allowing bridges with a single beam.
Need to be able to add CrossFrames for Steel Tub/U girders
Similar to the custom tools for available for stiffeners and cross frames for steel built up or rolled shape beams, OBM needs to add tools for adding these to steel tub/U beams
