Including OverBridges, Noise wall and Large Gantries for Sight distance analysis

For the sight distance analysis, it would be good to include more complex scenarios, like OverBridges, noisewalls, Large Signage Gantries etc. which cannot be included in composite design surfaces.

Ability to add "Folders" or "Categories" in other Libraries

The "Cross Frames", "Connection" and "Connector Angles" libraries have a flat folder structure. It would be nice to be able to add one or more "folders/categories" for the sake of sorting the templates. That ability exists in the "Decks" library.
