Include the slope of a terrain into the OpenRoads Modelling/Horizontal/Place Point command from the Geometry command as in Drainage and Utilities/Layout/Place Node.
This would then allow the placement of items that need to be on a slope in an OpenRoads model without filling up the file with a lot of drainage data. An example of this a crash barrier impact attenuator.
We would appreciate an enhancement that keeps Civil Labeler open when switching files or models. If we are labeling cross sections, it closes every time we switch to every individual xsec model.
Currently there is a menu option to unmerge points for components, it would be nice to just unmerge a single point from both components and not all the points.
Create Terrain from reprojected reference file elements
The terrain creation tools don't work well when using elements from reference files that are reprojected from other coordinate systems. This seems to be true for many of the terrain creation tools. Some tools don't allow the elements from the repr...
Currently, The 3D cut does not work on the closed alignment's profile model. This is required specially in the case of Roundabouts. We can not create a 3D cut on the Roundabout profiles.
The idea is to expand the labeling capabilities so that labeled points are created automatically at all line intersections. Currently, the tool only allows manual indication of the intersection and locating only one label at a time.
When creating parcels in Geometry Builder, I would like the option to have it automatically add COGO/Geometry Points at the PIs and on-alignment points as I place the elements.
Create a civil label that easily labels the slope of a terrain model
This label should function similar to the analyze point and analyze between points that are already available but we need to be able to control the display of the output for sheeting.
Allow the use of equations when creating civil labels
We would like to be able to create a civil label that labels the elevation of a terrain model. We would like this label to include both a top of curb elevation and automatically do the math to subtract a set distance from that elevation so that it...
