Add a Geometry Connector tool for Vertical Geometry
Cuurently OpenRail implements a tool called Geometry Connector (similar to Multiple Horizontal element Regression Analysis in Power Rail Track). However similar geometry tool is not available for vertical geometry calculations. It would be possibl...

Future consideration
Use the Geometry Connector with start and end elements chosen as turnouts. The converged result gives a disconnection between the regression alignment and the turnout. You can only discover it by zooming in to the closest possible view. A "Verify ...
Add "Make Active Profile" checkbox to all element profiles tools
Every command in the vertical group in the geometry tab should have a checkbox inside to automatically make it the active one. This way the user won't have to open the profile in a view and select it. Pretty simple and would save a lot of work..
Currently 3D elements that are curved are rendered with a series of line segments. While this might be okay for some applications, it makes the 3D model very unhelpful for plans production (i.e. you cannot dimension radii of curves). We need the c...
Suggestion to allow annotation and labels to align with plan named boundaries and sheet file plan views. For example, consider a plan named boundaries shape around a horizontal curve. If you have a separate standalone annotation file, often times,...
We need that when writing down the singular points of a railway deviation (P0, P1, P2 and P3), they are joined by straight lines P1 with P2 and P0 with P3. See attached image. In fact, the V8i version did represent the detour scheme. Thank you!
I've found that variable constraints are highly effective when support lines are perpendicular to the alignment. However, when a skew is introduced to these support lines, a variable constraint continues to function perpendicular to the alignment ...
When a corridor clip is applied, the 2D geometry is not affected by that corridor clip, only the 3d mesh is clipped. I would like an option to choose whether you'd also like to clip the 2D geometry.
Add an Interval button to the Dynamic Cross Sections
Please add an interval setting to dynamic cross sections . This will allow users to control the interval in which to view cross sections. By default the interval matches the corridor density.
