Provide the ability to match labels when annotating drawing models. Make it part of Civil Labeler, or create a new dialog. Several parts to it: 1. match the symbology/feature/element template. 2. Match the civil element properties string format. 3. Match the inherited rule to remember geometry.

Ultimately, It would be nice to be able to a label have it remember which alignment and everything and just start placing new labels. Instead of having to search through all the cells and try to remember exactly which one was used and also match leader - so everything looks the same. Possibly also include the ability to snap on an element and have the label tool recognize which alignment that element was linked to when it was created.
