Allow Parametric Constraints to Override Rollover Slope
As an OpenRoads Designer user, I want parametric constraints to be allowed to override Rollover slopes to make it easier to apply constraints to the corridor and template models.
I submitted this as a bug report because a rollover is part of the constraint and should be allowed to over ride the rollover. Bentley says this is working as it should which is not correct. Also if you click off rollover and back on your values in the rollover editor are gone.
