If no Design Lenghts in Catalog - Ignore or Set Design Inlet Openings to false
I do not see a place to force in a Inlet Catalog to set "Design Inlet Opening" to false, so I would like the software to assume False if lenghts are NOT in the catalog.
Hi Matt. Not sure I understand this one. If there are no Design Lengths provided in the inlet catalog, the inlet length shouldn't be designed (i.e., an option to set this to FALSE would be redundant). (Also, inlet design can be disabled on a per-inlet basis in the Design alternative.)

One possibility is make the Utility Properties Dialog have the ability to edit multiple elements at once.
