To improve time management and work productivity, I thought modifying the Coordinate System tool to add a feature that will apply the County/Coordinate System to all future sheets and models created in the file.
Currently, when we use the 'CreateFile' tool to create a new file for the projects and choose the county, it sets the coordinate system to only the default model. If you were to create sheets and other models in the same file, they do not have coordinates attached. When we have to submit our files, we run them through the GCS Reporter and it catches the sheet views and models that do not have one assigned. For example, when creating a cross sections file you could possibly have 50-100 (or even more) sheet views and models apart from the Default view, it can be time consuming to go back through and add one as sometimes it is missed when we first create these models.
If the option cannot be added in the 'CreateFile' tool, perhaps it could be added in the 'Named Boundary' -> 'Create Drawing' tool, or the 'Create Model' tool, as a check box to apply the same County/Coordinate System to the new sheet or model.

What is the CreateFile tool? I'm not familiar with it.
Could you also elaborate on the goal you're trying to accomplish? Why does your client require the GCS in the sheet model?
