As an MX user, we had the ability to lock stationing to an xy coordinate in an alignment. Please add this ability in ORD.

An example use would be as follows: the user has a complex horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, and wants to append a tangent to the beginning of this horizontal alignment. In doing so, the stationing is moved from its xy point to a new xy point along the alignment.

We would like the ability to lock at specific xy point so that when an element is appended the xy point is maintained and the profile is updated to reflect updated length.
