We have several annotations that require a combination of cell and civil element data. I've attached 2 examples where we have a need to combine cell with text favorite data. While the text favorite can be added within the cell itself, there are times when the cell is used without use of the text favorite. Additionally, use of civil labeler is slightly more efficient than using the place cell command.

Yes. I have cells for centerline, property line, flow line and I can use none of them for any of my labels. The closest I can get is to leave enough spaces to account for the cell, and place that separately. Then hope I never have to move the label because inevitably, the cell gets left behind.
