The following idea is related to the survey tool gap analysis that is already being considered.
The Extract Contour tool should be enhanced to place a graphic line at a specific elevation. Currently, you have to change the contour interval of my terrain to my specific elevation, display contours, then use the extract contour tool to place that graphic of what ever is displayed. It would help production if the user was able to input the desired elevation into the tool to extract, that way the user doesn't have to change any settings for the terrain attributes.

I miss that InRoads tool as well, I used to use it all the time. But my work around in ORD has been to use the Analyze Point tool and turning on the Display Contour toggle. Then you can track along the terrain and place a contour at the specific elevation you need. The downside to the tool is that you can't key in the elevation, like the old InRoads tool, and you can't add contour labels to the line since it's just a 2D line without any civil properties. But overall, the tool works well enough.
