There is no civil geometry property exposed for "Arc Begin Point Label" or "Arc End Point Label". This leads to a discrepancy in the way that points are labeled for PCC and PRC on the alignment when compared to the curve data table. These annotations need to be manually changed in the curve data table to properly reflect the type of point at the beginning and end of curves.
