We used to be able to cut cross sections by "pattern lines" and it appears the way this was included in the ORD program was to include a cross section named boundary by 2 point method. However, when we used to have pattern lines we could include more than a 2 point line. This was used if we were cutting sections along a storm sewer pipe run that wasn't completely in line. Example: You have a pipe crossing that has two intakes, but then an outlet pipe that exits at a different direction than the cross run. My solution is likely to cut two cross section named boundaries, but it would be simpler if we could cut a cross section named boundary that has more than 2 points in it.
