When you have multiple XS Drawing annotation groups the newer functionality lets us place different annotation separately. Which is great, for example maybe I have separate annotation groups for R/W versus say ditch annotation or the XS grid itself.

this is great so if I don't have my R/W yet I can annotation the other things and later on come back and add in the R/W annotation.

But where its lacking is if I annotated my R/W and then later on a change happens and the R/W has moved. I need to remove the current R/W Annotation and then re-annotate the R/W. but I can't do that, I can only remove all the XS annotation and reannotate everything. which sucks, as any modifications or slight moving around of annotations now needs to be re-done.
