In complex geometries it does not seem to be possible to move the center point of a circular curve.

When working with different alternatives, it´s common to have two geometries that shares some part of a circular curve with different start or end. Today it is complicated to make them exactly the same (especially if there are two radius's after each other), because the center point cannot be moved (?).

It would be very useful to be able to modify a horizontal circle by moving the center Point and still keep the tangent conditions to other elements.
