The ARCGIS implementation does not handle anything behind corporate security for ESRI. As such, ridiculous steps have to be performed to get Microstation Access to a GEO database that isn't made publically availble. Please enable appropriate ESRI login capability.

I got with our internal GIS IT, and they were telling me that to get to our internal data, I would have to set up a "service" with an access key that would expire like every couple of days, and I would have to maintain this service. They were investigating me using software called "Postman" to accomplish access. We still haven't gotten it working. I am NOT an ESRI person, so I will have to point you to our ESRI folks if you want more info, or you will need to be very specific in questions.
