There should be an item type expression available that can provide the station to station extents of an element.
Currently Bentley provides expressions for begin and end Station that correspond to the stationing at the beginning and end of the element. However, other agencies consider the "begin and end" to be the extents and require a different expression for their use.

This is sorely needed. Relative minimum and maximum extents of an element that is non-parallel to its reference alignment are used for verification of quantities by designers and downstream by contractors/CEIs to nail down locations/accuracy of quantities reports during construction.
