Publish iModel ability to retain metadata and item types

Currently, when using the Publish iModel tool in ORD, the metadata and item types were not being retained when exported in an i.dgn file type. We want to explore this tool to have the same capability of exporting the dgn into the Infrastructure Cloud using iModel but this time, using the Publish iModel in the backstage of ORD.
