Need a COGO interface. Please incorporate the traverse routine and dialog box from InRoads into ORD

The Locate Point tool provides multiple methods to locate points including by Traverse where an Occupied Point, Backsight Point, Distance, and Angle are used to calculate the new point.
Does that include being able to deflect an angle left and right that was available in the old COGO tools? As of now if I want to simulate that I need to add or subtract my deflection angles from 180 degrees when using the Locate Point by Traverse tool. NDOT has a lot of ROW Plats that were laid out by distance and deflection angle.
