Normal cells to export ItemTypes data to IFC in OpenRoads Designer

The IFC Export in ORD is very good, but it needs improving to enable normal and orphan cells to export ItemTypes data to the IFC output, currently only shared cells will do that.

LFD Load Rating in LEAP Steel
